A man lives on the thirteenth floor of an apartment building. Every weekday morning he takes the lift down to the lobby and leaves the building. In the evening when he returns he gets into the lift and, if there is someone else in it - or if it had been raining that morning - he goes back to his floor directly.

Otherwise, he goes to the tenth floor and walks up three flights of stairs to his apartment.
